Wow, this mushroom crepe cake would be impressive to bust out at a brunch. It looks so airy and delicious -- can't you almost taste it? If I were more ambitious in the kitchen (i.e., made anything other than omelettes and burrito bowls), I would give it a shot.(By Smitten Kitchen)
